Mandy qualified in 1987 with Spicer & Oppenheim (latterly Deloitte & Touche) and joined Willott Kingston Smith in 2001 when the specialist West End office was established. Mandy works with creative communications and consulting businesses such as advertising agencies, direct marketing, sales promotion, design and PR companies as well as TV production companies.  As well as audit and tax work she advises clients on a range of commercial and technical issues, such as developing business plans, fund raising, employee incentives and succession planning and business acquisitions and sales. Mandy is a director of Women in Film and Television, the Direct Marketing Association and WKS Results, and a liveryman in the Worshipful Company of Marketors.  She is editor of our annual publication “The Financial Performance of Marketing Services Companies” and regularly speaks at, or chairs, industry seminars and events.  She acts as scrutineer for Design Week’s survey of the top 100 UK design companies and runs training module for the Design Business Association (DBA).  She also oversees the DBA’s confidential salary and chargeout rate survey.
